  • Technical Data: IP addresses and cookies used to optimize your experience within our digital Performance Lab.

3. Purpose of Processing

USOU processes your data to:

  • Administer your 4-Month Certification Cycle.

  • Provide Core Faculty Supervision and mentorship.

  • Maintain the Human Intelligence Network (HIN) global directory.

  • Verify your “Successor-in-Interest” status for IP licensing of our digital instruments.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. Sharing is limited to:

  • Core Faculty: To facilitate your mentorship and assessment.

  • HIN Members: Limited directory information (unless you opt-out) to foster network synergy.

  • Regulatory Bodies: In the event of a routine audit by domain registrars or educational authorities to verify institutional activity.
