Synergy Board Standards

Institutional Excellence

To maintain the prestige of USOU certifications and the integrity of the .edu domain, every member of our Synergy Board adheres to a rigorous four-fold professional mandate and must meet our institutional entry requirements:

1. Entry Requirements

Admission to the USOU Synergy Board is reserved for individuals who demonstrate a rare fusion of academic depth and market-proven success. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 10 years of leadership in high-level organizational development, performance consulting, or strategic coaching.

  • Educational Foundation: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology, Technology, or Education) or a record of distinguished, documented contributions to the field of Performance Sciences.

  • Methodological Alignment: Complete mastery of the USOU Performance Toolkit and a deep commitment to the evolution of Symbiotic Intelligence (HI+AI).

  • Nomination Only: Enrollment is conducted exclusively via institutional nomination or invitation by the Executive Management.

2. Clinical Mentorship

Board members are required to provide deep-dive methodological guidance, ensuring that every candidate masters the architectural logic of our digital performance instruments before field deployment.

3. Supervised Residency

Unlike standard online courses, USOU requires board members to provide active clinical supervision during a candidate’s 2-day in-house workshop, ensuring institutional standards are met in real-time.

4. Advanced Assessment & Stewardship

Board members act as the primary evaluators of the Project Study (Performance Thesis). Furthermore, as ambassadors of the Human Intelligence Network (HIN), they are responsible for identifying and recommending the next generation of high-potential practitioners.
