The Human Intelligence Network includes organizations and individuals certified by the United States Online University and/or accredited by the Accrediting Alliance for Training & Development. This elite group comprises training professionals, coaches, and consultants from universities, corporate universities, training departments, training institutes, and consulting firms. RESEARCH

USOU is an international hub for Human Resources Development research. It contributes new and proven best practices for competency development and performance improvement to the HRD sector. The University, in cooperation with AATD, has carried out various successful research projects with sponsorships from DuPont, Toyota, 3M, BAT, BASF, and others. Current projects are listed in the Institute of Innovation.

STANDARDS

The Accrediting Alliance for Training & Development (AATD) is responsible for evolving quality standards. AATD created the Competency Performance System and the Competency Performance Unit (CPU) to measure competency-based training and development in the digital age. It developed a credentialing system that provides secure certificates and badges. AATD is also in charge of the HRD Standards of Excellence program.
