Her boat was the second fastest in its class. After the rally, Verena traversed the Panama Canal to her ultimate destination of San Diego. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Our specialized coaching programs are designed for experienced individuals seeking to refine their expertise and deepen their impact in a specific coaching niche. To be considered for admission, applicants must demonstrate the following:

1. Foundational Coaching Training: Completion of a rigorous coach training program from a recognized coaching association accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) or its equivalent. Programs should meet established quality standards and provide a comprehensive understanding of the core coaching competencies.

2. Practical Coaching Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable coaching experience working with individual clients or groups. Demonstrated experience applying coaching skills in real-world scenarios is essential.
