ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Foundational Coaching Training: Completion of a rigorous coach training program from a recognized coaching association accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) or its equivalent. Programs should meet established quality standards and provide a comprehensive understanding of the core coaching competencies.

2. Practical Coaching Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable coaching experience working with individual clients or groups. Demonstrated experience applying coaching skills in real-world scenarios is essential.
