C-LEVEL APPROVED ASSESSMENT

The HRD Assessment gets initiated by top management and completed by Training & Development Departments or Corporate Universities. The Training & Development professionals receive an assessment with 100 checkpoints. Part one of the assessment is based on a self-evaluation questionnaire. In part, two pieces of proof for the evaluation is prepared and presented to C-Level Management. USOU evaluates the assessment and sends the results back to C-Level Management and Training & Development Department or Corporate University. A detailed report shows the developmental needs and builds the platform for the improvement strategy and measures.

We conduct HRD Assessment in-house workshops for companies and organizations who want to assess their Training & Development Departments or Corporate Universities. Our facilitators conduct two-day workshops with groups as small as 5 or as large as 15 training professionals.
